As a Tampa native with over two decades of experience selling real estate in Florida, James Patterson represents clients from all walks of life with a trusted knowledge and understanding of the competitive real estate market. His connections with REALTORS® and lenders help him find the perfect listings for his clients, including luxury primary residences, condos, new construction, relocation, and investment properties.
In 2002, James graduated from Appalachian State University in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Marketing. In addition, James earned a Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing in 2014. James is currently serving on the Grievance Committee for the Greater Tampa REALTORS® Association. He is also active in organizations such as the National Association for REALTORS®, the Crisis Center Tampa Bay, Moffitt Cancer Center, the Alzheimer’s Association, Feeding Tampa Bay, and Mary Lee’s house.
With James experience working with diverse clients, he has represented a variety of individuals and families in finding their next home in Tampa Bay’s most desirable neighborhoods. WhenJames is not making deals happen, he is at the gym, playing tennis, and enjoying some of the wonderful restaurants throughout Tampa Bay. He also loves visiting family on Anna Maria Island and spending quality time with his Boston Terrier, George.
